Terms of Service

I agree to the following:

The dance instructor will take all reasonable care while the children are in their charge to protect them from injury and to control and supervise their behaviour and activities. Parents should be aware that the instructor is not responsible for injuries or damage to property which may occur in a class where, to the best of their ability and in all reasonable circumstances, the instructor has not been negligent. Parents should warn children of the risk to themselves, to others and to property, of impulsive, wilful or disobedient behaviour.
Bullying or violence in any form will not be tolerated in the school and the school reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of a student who continually engages in such behaviours.
There are NO refunds on fee payments. Classes missed due to illness, holidays or other commitments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you have enrolled in a class for the term, fees on this class are payable for the entire term.
Term fee payments are due by the end of week 2 each term or 15 days upon receipt of the invoice if the enrolment is after the first week. A late fee of $5.00 per week will be added to unpaid fees until the account is settled.
Students are not able to re-enrol for the next term unless all outstanding account balances are paid in full by the beginning of the term.
Phoenix Dance Productions reserve the right to commence legal proceedings for invoices with outstanding amounts at the end of each term and the account holder may be responsible for any associated legal fees or collection costs.
