Refund Policy:

All class prices as listed above are paid as term fees and are accepted as owing once confirmation of enrolment has been provided. Enrolment is rolled over from one term to the next until the end of each calendar year unless cessation of enrolment is provided in writing.

Refunds are not available for missed classes due to illness, social or family obligations, or other school or sporting commitments. Refunds are not available to student who transfer dance schools part-way through a term.

In exceptional circumstances, where extended absences occur, applications for adjustments to term fees will be considered on a case by case basis. Make-up classes are only available where a similar level class is held at another day/time. Some Primary and Championship level classes do not have make-up classes available.
